Privacy

Real Sleep is a free, educational web app. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. Plain language, no surprises.

What we collect

• Account info — your Google display name, email, and profile photo, used for sign-in via Firebase Authentication.
• Self-reported answers — the responses you give during onboarding assessments and morning check-ins, stored in Cloud Firestore under your account.
• Exercise and measurement logs — Relaxed Pause results, session completions, and progress data you enter.

What we don’t do

• Sell your data. Ever.
• Share your individual data with third parties for advertising.
• Use your audio, camera, microphone, or location. Exercises are visual-timer only.

Processors we use

• Google Firebase (authentication + Firestore database). Subject to Google’s privacy policy.
• Vercel (web hosting and request logs).

Deleting your data

Email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete your account and all associated data within 7 days. A self-serve deletion option is on the roadmap.
