Train your breath, sleep better.
Real Sleep is a focused program for people who wake up tired and want to do something about it without buying another device or subscription.
What it covers
Six evidence-based domains, one plan:
- Breathing retraining — building CO₂ tolerance and diaphragmatic breathing with short daily exercises.
- Nasal breathing — unblocking and restoring nasal function as the default way to breathe, day and night.
- Airway strengthening — myofunctional exercises for the tongue and upper airway to reduce snoring and collapse during sleep.
- Sleep hygiene — the handful of behavioral changes that actually move sleep quality.
- Nutrition & energy — lightweight guidance on the metabolic pieces that affect sleep.
- Check-ins & retests — short morning logs and a bi-weekly retest of your Relaxed Pause so progress is visible.
Who it's for
Adults who snore, feel unrested despite getting enough hours, breathe through their mouth, or have a mild-to-moderate score on validated screeners like STOP-BANG or the Epworth Sleepiness Scale.
Real Sleep is not a replacement for medical care. If a sleep physician has diagnosed you with sleep apnea or prescribed CPAP, keep following their guidance — Real Sleep is a complementary practice, not an alternative.
What a day looks like
- Morning check-in: 30 seconds, three taps. How did you sleep? How rested do you feel?
- One or two short guided exercises (3–8 minutes each), chosen by your plan based on your current domain focus.
- Once every two weeks: retest your Relaxed Pause. It’s the single best proxy for breathing efficiency and it moves measurably as you train.
What it costs
Nothing. Real Sleep is free to use. No paywall, no upsell, no ads. If that changes, existing users keep what they have.
Educational only. Not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
